Too big to accept/adopt change quickly, leadership is slowly showing more diversity (non-white/non-male), some morally ambiguous businesses

Hanging turkeys on cones sounds easy. They can weigh as much as 80lbs. Wouldnt be so bad if they didn't have us hanging 26 birds per minute. Wouldnt hurt anyones.profit if you slowed it down. It would cut down on injuries and employee turn over rate.

Do not listen to their experienced employees, its a double standard company

To many meetings, very heavy workload

Jobs are gradually moving overseas

I work at remote area, cargill provides us vehicle per unit for each person but is so far from the city

No night shift allowance. Kindly please provide night shift allowance for the employees

Growth, Nothing else I can think of

Lots of meetings, can be very fast paced

the communication can be quite disorganized
