group lacks leadership and direction. Not a great group to be in to move up the organization.

Their HR reduction was based off of favorites and was very poorly rolled out and the corporate executives were not transparent and did not communicate well.

Poor pay for most levels of the organization. Working on it, but lagging.

It’s very cold inside due to having to maintain product cold.

Although the company itself it global but it has been operating in Thailand for about 50 years so sometime the culture can be a little traditional.

Can be tough on body

Very corporate structure, many layers complicate getting anything productive done, employees move positions a LOT so depth of talent is lacking in many instances

Takes forever to get go higher

Management runs this office as a sweatshop - no regard for individual effort, innovation, or hard work

Politics, and groupism will be found. Biased
