Location but right now they are doing remote work

High work volumes. Lack of organization and prioritization. Difficult career growth.

Management problems, always changing work structure, never cohesive amongst teams, training was horrible as a new on boarding employee, 3 days of training and put on the floor to operate, supervisor change 3 times in the first year, restructured twice in the first year.

Benefits are not the best

Sometimes had to work a decent amount of overtime to meet production numbers

Slightly slow to respond to industry standard

Not so fantastic if you're a union employee - lack of benefits, strict point system, no sick leave and little PTO.

Expected to be available for emails calls after hours, no overtime.

The pay is good but not top of market which is a little surprising for the size of Cargill. Benefits are middle of the road. The "pension" is a little misleading...you get a percent of your salary based on age put into an account similar to the 401K but it takes 3 years to be vested. The percentage starts out small and grows with age. The 401K match is average.
