The work environment is nice, plenty of horizontal movement opportunities
They do not want people to think. They hire highly skilled and experienced professionals than make them do entry level job.

The benefits are fantastic including a great retirement plan and lots of paid time off.
Leadership was a evolving door. It's hard to build a great team when the leader is someone new every 18 months.
