-Slightly above mediocre salary -Lots of white people to make you feel at home if you're white
-A "buddy" system rules the work environment. If people don't like you or the work you do, expect to be pushed out. -Favoritism is the name of the game -Racism abundant; I was literally the only non-white person in the entire building, and only encountered one contractor during my time there that was non-white, he held the same sentiments and we were to feel like I an outcast. -If you don't play along, even if it goes against ethical standards in business and manufacturing, you will be punished whether through poor performance evaluations or scolding by superiors.

Good company as a whole. Great values, safety is a priority. You learn a lot through cross training.
The facility is managed poorly. It's not about lowering cost to operate. Management treats it like high school and operates based on popularity. Management has swayed internal investigations through HR away from the truth to protect themselves. They allow employees they know are under the influence of Marijuana, cocaine, mushrooms to continue working. In my time, I saw four employees running critical points of operation while under the influence.
