Great place for long term career. I am current employee who is extremely fascinated by the opportunities to grow within the company globally. There is a freedom to be creative, to be yourself, to implement your ideas. Also everybody is valued as human being not only as a professional.
Some extra level of agility and flexibility is necessary. In order to stay competitive on the global market the company goes through constant changes and improvements. In general not a cons, but some people are seeing it as a such.

Great pay. Almost 4 weeks of PTO a year right off the bat. Weird schedule but when fully staffed you have plenty of time off to spend with family.
Rotating schedule. Only “sick time” you have is 2 days a year you can call in without being pointed.
