Strategic Confusion and unclear messaging
Good benefits and good people.
Takes a while to get hired.
Great place to work for a decade but last 6 months the culture has become greedy and hard on the people. Local teams are amazing.
Senior management out of touch with the realities of operating businesses in the real world
Flex schedule, full time family focused
Can ask for a lot at times
Stable Fair pay Work life balance
Bureaucratic Metric focused Hard to advance
People are respectful. Not aggressive.
Not for freshers as limited learning. Takes a lot of time for any project completion because of global structure . Poor leadership
Solid company and operation. Serving big customers.
Frequent management changes and lack of training.
Was able to learn a lot
Company culture does not support growth
Cargill offers a collaborative and inclusive culture where teamwork truly reflects the “One Cargill” spirit. There are strong opportunities to work on impactful projects, especially in data and digital transformation. The company’s global presence and purpose-driven mission create meaningful work and long-term stability.
Large global structure can sometimes slow decision-making processes, and navigating cross-functional alignment may require patience.
Great PTO - lowest level is 15 days + 11 paid holidays Maternity and Paternity leave is at or slightly above industry standard (6 weeks for men)
Pay is not going to be a big draw to Cargill. They are happily average, if not slightly below average for base pay.
