Outdated scheme for benefits. Extremely low amount for food vouchers compared to other big companies, that hasn't changed since they entered the company as a benefit. The bottom lowest paid leave per year (20 days compared to 25 in most companies) that can increase only if you spend years and years as a reward. Holiday rewards were cut off (Christmas bonus or a gift). Salaries are OK for starters, but for loyal employees not evolved fairly with time.

I don’t think there are any cons because you get many benefits while working at this company
