Helpful colleague to learn from
Somehow i found there is no worklife balance. For example, i may have to answer clients on Saturday, or input clients data. Sometimes Sunday will receive message in team's WhatsApp group, all without claimable OT. A true work-life balance is working from Monday - Friday, 9-6pm with Friday early back to home, such that 5pm go home. Any hour later than that should be claimable OT.

too many manager/team leader in one department.
The environment is quite nice, the employees are nice as well the team leader. I enjoy working here. There are a lot of ongoing events that keep the employees engage.
Hoping that can have a better offer on salary as well as another incentive like attendance allowance / transport ( which is mandatory for all )

7-Day Operational Model with Limited Rest Days : The company operates 7 days a week, and operation staff are scheduled for only 1 day off per week, which rotates. This means that rest days may not align with weekends, and off days on public holidays are not always guaranteed. While this setup may suit some, it can make work-life balance challenging, especially for those with family or personal commitments.

-Some department have different communication approach. So it really depends on how you counter that problem. -Salary wise is at neutral level. -Some of your opinion might not be heard, be firm and strengthen your fundamental.

Poorly Managed Hiring Process: Company processes offering a position which they later could not fulfil. Deceptive Practice: Company intentionally misled into believing I had the job, despite signing and agreeing on the LOA which can be considered unethical. Short Timeframe Rejection: Quick turnaround from offering the job to rejecting my employment with an excuse of 'internal complications'. On top of that, via WhatsApp instead of an official letter or email.

- top management needs to improve in deciding what's best for both the company and employees. - always rush in making decisions which leads to improper work plans and double triple work.
