Company expanded too fast with all the hirings and faced a plateau where they decided to focus. Their so-called regional team became redundant and went to each and other department to place their cronies to kick existing managers out. This all boils own to the weak top management where clearly, company has outgrown their capabilities. Imagine the company is directed with a group of fresh graduates.
