Can’t think of anything to improve

Nothing much on Cons!! Overall good place to work.

Low exposure to new technolgies

Sr. management sends mixed signals. Still waiting for large investments in new capabilites to pay off in scale

No work life balance at all

Increase some fun activities for employees

Grave yard shift staffs need to work harder to get notice. Sometimes unforseen shutdown due to low demand.

but management is now only concerned about the short term and less about investing in its people for the long term.

IT resources and generally global services tend to be shifted slowly but constantly, bit by bit, towards other cheaper regions then North America.

Talent isn't retained. Recognition and Development are lacking.

No major issue is found.

Did not provide interns with challenging work or projects, especially given the 16 month length

High rotation Management structure changes too often, New manager not involved with their team activities or coaching.

Long hours, poor local management

Been able to work long periods of time managing to take out quality production, the constant struggle to get material on time and managing to maintain the operators working at all times.

Does not know what is cut cost. Spend a lot on medical unnecessarily. Though they have system but not used properly. Wate a lot of paper on printing eventhough can go online to submit documants esp. for scan error, Annual Leave, MC. Cannot check our attendance.on line. Have to depend on payroll staff.

- Traffic around the site is pretty tough but if you know when to leave it's a breeze getting to work - Nothing negative I can say related to this organization

I don't think they're compensation is evenly distributed between senior and junior employees such that the pay scale to economic value is even.

Colleagues tend to be too competitive

they use you alot if you are agencies...full timers sleep all day and get paid and act as if they done alot...truthfully full timers do NOTHING..management do not care about full agencies hired people...agencies hired people do all the work but they do not get any credit.

There are no opportunities to move up the ladder.

contract is short for six months only

I have no complaints about this company.

Salary, Parkmore traffic is nightmare sometimes

During certain times of the year, the work load would be so much that we were required to work 80hr weeks. This isn't too horrible though, because off time was given to make up for it

Their benefits quite limited. Not really a lot of pantry food. But still got Parking and Toll subsidy Sometimes felt stretched thin due to limited resources.

Heavy corporate oversight. Customers are very demanding No processes in place so be ready to implement some new processes.

Upper management is very static. Systematically the organization struggles to to meet corporate demands while contributing more then it’s fair share.

Management is disconnected from the day to day and doesn't have the ability to truly assist with many issues. Depending on your role it can be a very stressful place to work
