Fellow employees. Good mid-level people keeping this site afloat in spite of the weak senior (Director and above) Management.
Management. The current GM (position is a revolving door - 1-2 yrs tenure at best) is contemptuous of the personnel at the site. In addition he has little to no practical knowledge of Contract Manufacturing; his hiring as GM was based on success in a different business environment; one with little application to his current role. The Directors are prime manifestations of the "Peter Principle" - promoted well above their capabilities. They occupy their positions solely based on their ability to kowtow to the GM. This cadre of incompetents couldn't manufacture success if the company monopolized the industry. Management's latest strategy is filling mid-level management positions with clueless clones of the Directors.
