-Low pay and bonus -bad corporate culture where executives look down on everyone else, you are not treated with respect and nobody will make you feel significant -constant restructuring -constant turnover (because of the reasons listed above)

Wages are really low company needs to increase wages and lower spending in order to make more profits. You need more loyal employees that are willing to go the extrta mile and only thing that may help is increase morale by increasing wages.
