Money is ok . Good benefits.
Finding everything you need to set up a job is terrible . The worst environment I have ever been in .
Quality
There are some great employees to work with
-Unwelcoming -My direct manager is neither a team player nor someone I can count on when my department is held accountable. - No road map to career growth -Culture is old-fashioned and there are too many negative attitudes. -No such thing as Innovation. - You will work with customers who will yell at you and they take no accountability because we are servicing customers above and beyond. Customers still need to show respect regardless.
Manufacturing engineer co-op
Celestica has a professional environment with a family feel. I gained a lot of experience while working there. There is opportunity to move between locations and for advancement. They have a profit sharing program. Although it is a none unionized environment, all employees are treated equally and work together towards a common goal. Celestica is one of the best companies that I have worked for.
The pay rate was slightly low as far as 16 month internships go. And I was not offered a chance to rejoin the team after completing my degree although I was told that it would be a possibility.

Stay away from the supply chain department because there is a lot of drama in that department.
