Working here has provided me with exposure to many industries and technologies within the realm of electronics manufacturing. Management is accommodating of requests to get involved with different projects. Being a large corporation, you are surrounded by experienced professionals. I've had pleasant interactions with most people. Never had a problem with flexible hours or taking time off.
Middle management is over staffed. Poor overall culture. Few young people aside from students. Slightly below average salary and benefits. Lateral career movement. Out-dated/ignorant approach to software development and best practices.
