Some processes have gaps that need to be addressed

Early shift is kinda tiring

Salary is a bit low.

Lower salaries than rest of industy Upper management is messed up

Bad pay, bullying lots abuse, no growths, managers clueless. Wrong people hired for the role like team leaders. Don't know the products them self relies on others information, can't do the job them selves. Constant lieing between team leader and management what is say and what is done are to different things, and management are kept in the dark.

A bit too much outsourcing.

Bought Motorola facility only to close it down

Management creates a hostile environment with favoritism

Work load not balanced. Difficult to engage teams to participate and commit
