Low pay and boring working environment

long work hours, less compensation

A penny pinching environment focused on quarterly numbers.

The environment is very political at middle manager and senior levels. It is very much a 'who you know environment' where a few good deeds for a senior person will get you promotions that are not necessarily deserved.

Too many cliques controlling chances of progressing in company. If you aren't in the club , you haven't much chance. Company doesn't even really understand what it is they do- promote people with Engineering degrees in anything but electronics and unprofessional behaviour abounds. Company is also extremely top heavy and many appear to collect a paycheck for simply forwarding memos. If you are the type who really knows how to work the room you will probably do great.

Old school management. you need to follow all instructions and cannot complaint it.

- high turnover - work is repetitive at times

Should provide chairs for each station so workers can sit briefly from time to time

Wages and benefits are sucks

Sometimes there is a lot of work, you won't have a social life

Work too many hours even in weekends.

-Low pay -Lots of red tape -Training is not very thorough and you start working right away

Senior management in Toronto do not have a clue what the heck they are doing or how to lead change.

-Low pay and bonus -bad corporate culture where executives look down on everyone else, you are not treated with respect and nobody will make you feel significant -constant restructuring -constant turnover (because of the reasons listed above)

People took advantage of the company rules

Would love to see more women in leadership roles.

Wages are really low company needs to increase wages and lower spending in order to make more profits. You need more loyal employees that are willing to go the extrta mile and only thing that may help is increase morale by increasing wages.

Finding everything you need to set up a job is terrible . The worst environment I have ever been in .

-Unwelcoming -My direct manager is neither a team player nor someone I can count on when my department is held accountable. - No road map to career growth -Culture is old-fashioned and there are too many negative attitudes. -No such thing as Innovation. - You will work with customers who will yell at you and they take no accountability because we are servicing customers above and beyond. Customers still need to show respect regardless.

The pay rate was slightly low as far as 16 month internships go. And I was not offered a chance to rejoin the team after completing my degree although I was told that it would be a possibility.

Stay away from the supply chain department because there is a lot of drama in that department.
