Opportunities for short term growth within organization, Flexible hours, overtime pay,
Lack of understanding of operations from coorprate level, coorprate initiatives are not rolled out with proper planning. Culture awards "cowboy" mentality instead of systemic fixes. Little power over supply base. Compensation & talent retention.

- They have a coffee machine and hot chocolate machine - It is very organized, not a lot of experience is necessary as there are detailed instructions and training for everything - Very minimal supervision but help is available - The pay seems fair as not a lot is needed to be a manufacturing associate
- There are only two shifts, morning and evening so not a lot of flexibility hours wise
