In Celestica, you get to work with truly professional individuals not just locally but also with others across the globe. Expect nothing less than 100% respect from your peers, supervisors and the management team for who you are regardless of your job grade, nationality, race and gender. Employees are empowered to use their creativity. Management is always receptive of different ideas. Very healthy work culture. High performing employees are recognized and duly rewarded. Fast paced and challenging work environment and that provides every individual the perfect opportunity for character and confidence building as well as breaking new boundaries in your scope of work
Individuals with constant negative mindset may not fit in well to the environment
Lead process engineer/test specialist/program manager

Had great PTO program if you have been with the company for a long time. The day to day people are great to work with
Management will try to suck you dry. It is all about the numbers and data for management and corporate. Management does not care about employees work load as long as the revenue is coming in. Work life/balance is horrible, working 50 to 60 hours a week when salaried and even working weekends/holidays . Management will only pull out all the stops for the 4 main customers leaving nothing for the smaller customers. Often leading to missed commits and horrible quality in product for those smaller customers. There is also a "good ole boys" club in management which creates a division for those who do most of the hard work for the customers. Serious lack of appreciation for the workers putting in long hours. Little to no promotions either.

there are fewer and fewer people with greater and greater responsibilities. once you've learned everything in one to two years, this place will simply be a stepping stone to your next career.
