Management lack of people skills

Does not know what is cut cost. Spend a lot on medical unnecessarily. Though they have system but not used properly. Wate a lot of paper on printing eventhough can go online to submit documants esp. for scan error, Annual Leave, MC. Cannot check our attendance.on line. Have to depend on payroll staff.

No particular Cons at this time.

- Traffic around the site is pretty tough but if you know when to leave it's a breeze getting to work - Nothing negative I can say related to this organization

I don't think they're compensation is evenly distributed between senior and junior employees such that the pay scale to economic value is even.

Colleagues tend to be too competitive

they use you alot if you are agencies...full timers sleep all day and get paid and act as if they done alot...truthfully full timers do NOTHING..management do not care about full agencies hired people...agencies hired people do all the work but they do not get any credit.

There are no opportunities to move up the ladder.
