Great training and experience gained with encouraging management team. There was a high level of turnover, which is to be expected considering that the assembly workers were hired through a temporary agency
During certain times of the year, the work load would be so much that we were required to work 80hr weeks. This isn't too horrible though, because off time was given to make up for it

Loved the fresh vibe at Celestica, a new startup with a friendly, diverse team and little discrimination. Really appreciated the hands-on trainings from experienced folks on simulation tools—it was super helpful! Quite a lot of team-building sessions.
Their benefits quite limited. Not really a lot of pantry food. But still got Parking and Toll subsidy Sometimes felt stretched thin due to limited resources.
