Work overload Lower growth rate limits development opportunities

Less opportunity to maintain work life balance.

If you are working through agency you are nothing and they treat you worst possible way.

Difficult to get a promotion. Company practice is to hire from the outside. Very little trust in existing employee workforce. Senior management do not treat their employees with respect. Alot of talented employees have left. There are two sets of rules - one for management and one for everyone else.

No overtime. Not much PTO. Stagnant career.

Work-life balance was terrible, was forced to take meetings at all hours. Workload was heavy, not enough people on teams to distribute work. Inefficient management of work, constantly wasting time chasing down other people for answers and handing-off/transferring tasks, management gives vague tasks without direction (and without considering if they can be reasonably completed) that eventually are determined to be useless and wasted time

Terrible upper management, to top heavy to many chiefs who don't know what they are doing and to much of a class system going on where people feel superior .

Some employees roles are not clearly defined. People outside management structure tend to get involved in management decisions.
