Excellent company culture. The people are what make the company -- and keep customers happy. Flexible working hours give employees the ability to alter their work times, especially to avoid traffic.
The corporation is a bit too top heavy. Not at the C level, but at the VP level particularly. Too many levels between an employee at a site and the CEO.
Some people were a pleasure working with.
The company puts themselves before their employees. It is unorganized and very old-fashioned.

Reasonable respect for employees relative to other EMS companies. Peers, at least regionally, try to help one another out. Decent overall reputation for customer service.
No strategic direction. No ideas. HQ plant is a relic. Top management lacks integrity to stick to commitments. No real commitment to keep manufacturing base in North America.
