Salary is not based on your knowledge nor experience so whether you go the extra mile or not you receive the same quarterly bonus and annual salary as someone who may contribute half of your input or knowledge

lack of personal/professional development structure for career progression within the company

- Some really good talent and skills that go unnoticed while promoting other useless individuals - Transferring of products and work overseas leaving Toronto almost dead - Never back-filling positions after promotions, leaving many people covering mulltiple roles for indefinite periods. - Low Morale as constant threat of restructuring. - No loyalty to staff or job security ..... its only a matter of tie before you get the TAP!

None for me in my position

The review process is in no way representative of how much hard work you put in. You are graded in areas that do not apply to what you are really charged with doing. People aren't motivated after a couple reveiws to keep going up and over management's expectations.

Low medical coverage to cover an employee and family

Communication Too many projects started, not finished and not planned properly to be successful Lots of "self-inflicted" issues that get in the way of the business People are not held accountable to their work with regards to mistakes/improvements/constructive criticism Promoting the wrong people/having the wrong people in the wrong positions Some management refuse to call problems what they are in order to resolve the issue Managers/production like to do things the easy way, not the right way

Must bear with the foreigners bad talking

No clear vision provided for the employees to rally around, the values are words on the wall and not truly followed at the senior levels of the organization.
