Program manager
People know how to get things done: they abhor and avoid red tape when possible. Very scrappy. There's a handful of open and honest managers who know how to ask the right questions and move things forward. Lots of flexibility with employee time and work schedule.
Fixed mindset with many: Lots of old school people still stuck in their ways: not open to change or just ignore new process or tools. Many been there 25-30 years. A fairly large share of bullshitters who slip their way through with customers in hiding critical information. Managers who have abusive behaviour just get moved around and are not disciplined.
Director, global talent acquisition
Celestica truly cares about its employees. I have never met such a committed and ambitious HR/Talent Attraction team who have a shared interest in bringing the top talent around the world to Celestica. The culture is very strong, very collaborative and always willing to help others. We are a very diverse and inclusive organization. We truly care about work/life balance as well. You will not regret coming to work at Celestica!
