If you are good, you can achieve yearly position advances. Many young people start here, usually the ones who graduate from University of Oradea.

Good for starting career. Colleagues & bosses are very helpful and friendly. Got a very understanding boss and easy to communicate
Medical benefit is low. Other benefit also is not much. Mostly the benefits is not very promising

Pay was low. and be careful with the Bonus Scheme cut off (when Resigning) as you may end up not getting anything even if you have worked for almost 12 months for the current year. YOu need to be an employee till last day of Dec in order to enjoy the 13th month pay.

Lots of opportunity to gain experience fast in many areas. Open door policy in every department and very kind people across the org.
Not alot of opportunity for promotion or salary gains. Easy to get stuck in a role and pay raises are minimal if at all.
