Program manager
I have been fortunate with working with great people over the years. The people and culture foster coloration I have had the opportunity of working with many different teams over my time at Celestica. In addition to working with different teams I have also done different roles which has helped foster my development I have been fortunate of working with some managers that have helped with my development and been a good mentor.
Celestica does not pay enough for the work we do. I believe we are paid below market average for the same work. We have started seeing this over the last couple years where we are loosing good people. They are getting offers paying them 25 to 30% more for similar work. Work/life balance is one of the areas where things can improve.
