Celestica builds products for many of the world's leading technology companies so you will get a lot of exposure to different best practices.
No growth in an industry with very tight profit margins so they are always cutting staff and are no longer investing for the future. Just trying to live through another day. Problems with strategy execution. Very conservative. 80% of manufacturing in Asia so on the phone all evening most days of the week.

We built the team of supplier quality engineering to support localization and create strong partnership in Thailand. Celestica support and listen to their employee of what to do and plan for improvement and have flexibility we can work with customer directly of some requirements.
Celestica not own up the product so have some limitation of changed and we have variety rule from customer to follow. Some product have hi-Mixed low volume will have difficulty to have supplier support with competitive cost.
