Long hours, working from home on the evenings and weekends. There were also a lot of mandatory and impromptu meetings that took up much of the day and didn't seem to resolve anything. Very few of the employees are permanent employees, so key employees would be reassigned after 18 months with the company.

very easy going atmosphere ,I worked in customer service their for 4 years and enjoyed the experience
