Coworkers are really nice, helpful, willing to help. There is a lot to learn about manufacture. Fast pace but won't be too overwhelming.
Some middle management are still in old manage style/mind, very rood and unprofessional to employees. The benefit is not that good. Lots of meetings scheduled at lunch time.
