- a diverse set of responsibilities - the role isn't ingrained, can be flexible - work is not difficult, a good start for someone with no experience - very nice people, that are quite knowledgeable and understanding - easy-going environment
- compensation is low, even considering you have 0 experience - no WFH supplies were provided besides a laptop - the pros (diverse set of responsibilities, role being flexible, work being relatively easy) can also be seen as cons. Certain times, you are working on a variety of different things, that aren't related to your field (at least from the IT perspective). - a lot of maintenance, not a lot of new and exciting projects
