I could make quite a long list of the reasons why you should work there. Everything from the pool and foosball tables in the lunchroom to the full gym on location. Mostly i just liked the how friendly everyone was there from the very top management down. I was thanked many times just for doing my job. they build some of the most interesting, remarkable things there. Celestica was way ahead of the curve with protecting its employees during this pandemic. Many of the precautions that have now become part of our daily lives were already being implemented long before anyone heard of social distancing. The best part about working there was that, from my supervisor to John and Sammy at the top, each was approachable. I can't speak for others experience working there. All I know is they payed me well, worked me hard but never made me feel unappreciated. Darrin and Morris were great guys to work for. I would not only recommend working there. I would jump at the chance to get hired full time there
For me the only " con " was not being able to be a permanent employee. There are things I would do differently than the way they are done but nothing that was a negative work experience.
