Working environment is great. Colleagues are very helpful and supportive. Every problems or issues can be discuss among team members from another department. The deadline is not too tight and can be negotiate with direct supervisor and management.
Company struggled to retain good employees. Turnover rate is quite high especially for production and engineering department. Replacement for resigned employees also taking forever to be completed causing double workload for existing employees.
