Pros

Very team oriented and a place that allows for true collaboration. Every voice is encouraged. Individuals are recognized and rewarded by their skill, dedication and results. The company is working harder to build a diverse, inclusive safe environment for all to build equity and allow everyone to thrive. Executively championed ERGs are helping to enable the growth of a culture to achieve this goal. Not perfect for sure and lots of work ahead, however the current leadership direction is heading the right way. Serving many markets and industries there is a lot of opportunity to learn and grown and experience under the same umbrella. From Communications, Cloud & Systems to Aerospace, Defense, Smart Energy, Healthtech, Industrial, etc. You can participate in helping to build many technologies and implement new innovations that are positively impacting the world today. I wouldn't have stayed at the company for as long as I have if there wasn't opportunity to learn and grow within a positive team oriented environment. I was never boxed and have had opportunity to work in so many industries and under banners of various departments supporting my desire to expand my knowledge base. Wonderful, caring, dedicated, smart people work here.

Pros

Looking to the future, making changes internally and the results are showing. Very exciting time to be apart of the company if you're willing/ looking to get in on something foundational for the future.

Cons

Company is big, and revenue is low margin, therefore they cannot be competitive with salaries to other FANG type technology companies, despite being a major business collaborator with them.

Pros

They are bringing innovative ideas to the company. There is a chance to learn from the experienced members of each team. It's fast pace and independence will serve you well.

Cons

Communication between teams could definitely improve. Over-stressing employees might be common here. Not a 9 to 5 job.

A grp of top management dont know how to manage Even basic foundation/things are not done Blame each other Push tasks to people that are not responsible No clear responsibilities between departments Allowances not good Hr not professional at all Hr can ask ppl to resign indirectly and cannot transfer to another site because of bad management then another ppl is able to transfer?!

Pros

Flexible, work at home schedule. Great people for the most part but some negative and incompetent employees stay too long. No micro-management. Very good 401k program. Bonus program is fair.

Cons

Work at home comes with a 24/7 work expectation. Weekends and holidays are expected. A lot lower pay in comparison to other companies. You may not get the technology you need to make your job easier. Margins are tight and Senior Management is afraid to ask for extra things that would make employees work less frustrating. Margins are tight and you never feel like you have job security.
