No training. They give you about a week of “training” which is just reading policy to you word for word with no realtime explanation or practice and throw you in to the deep end expecting you to know it all. Big case load with no support.

Could improve merit pay raise opportunities

There isn't any real room for growth until you've been working there for years. They also give you penny's on a dollar as a "raise".
