antiquated ideas and set up. Reminds me of the days when we referred to admin as secretaries. Very old school.

The workload and management were not the best

Low bonus even though performance was good

Work pressure rest all is good

Payscale structure not the greatest. The Claim Assistants are the lowest paid but do most of the work.

Work gets repetitive, advancement is unlikely unless you work in home office or one of the larger offices. People tend to get stuck in whatever they were hired to do for years and you'll get minimal raises. The computer systems are pretty old and require a lot of extra work to get simple tasks done.

No significant cons in my opinion

Poor management. No growth potential. Low pay.
