The job itself is very interesting and challenging. You get to learn about different policy structures and communicate with many industry experts.
The workload here is among the highest that I have experienced, with a high turnover, you get to deal with fires from other people's desk who has left. The company is also too big and without a proper training module, you are often lost.

Account executive
Couple of years ago, I would had a lot to to include in Pros but I can only think of one. Working with agents and clients.
Management, they just look out for themselves. Obvious favoritism and if you don't fit in as a favorite, they push you out. Met with HR and reviewed with them errors in monthly performance reports. They discussed with management and agreed they were incorrect. Still used it to terminate. When CEO was questioned about the low morale with in the company, he blamed the person who ask the question and told them they should look in the mirror.
Full stack developer
lots of problems to solve continuously improving codebases and practices
not easy to advance developer role to next levels
Diversity of the workforce, diversity of job responsibilities
Unreasonable goals, frequent restructuring, too much to do and too few people to do it, culture no longer includes a focus on work-life balance
