My manager was very unprofessional. She did not know much about what we did as underwriting assistance so you could not go to her for any type of help. She chose her favorite people on the team and proceeded to help them get a position in other departments when the company was going through a layoff.

Too many changes happening at the same time is causing a lot of tension. Is making good people leave or consider the option.

Too much stress for no reason from upper management. Lack of transparency.
