True great people in our office In office management fully backs adjusters
Ecos implementation has been a disaster, fix ecos fully before adding dashboards, AI, claimant texts. PLs over promise clients having little to no adjuster experience. Don't just look at audit numbers, but hear staff and actually fix issues. More support needed with claim assistants and MO reps.

The 401k benefits are great, rate of return is usually around 20%. Up to date technology to effectively perform the job. Decent yearly bonus.
Management freely and openly mistreats employees. From talking down to them, treating them as uneducated children, especially minorities, and lastly openly retailates in response to complaints, too many suggestions, or knowledgeable employees who are well versed in their roles within the company. Chubb is managed by the most unqualified individuals who are threatened by seasoned employees of the field. The workload is extremely high coupled with bad management makes this place almost unbearable to work in.

Too much political posturing. Too many meetings involving too many people, many of whom didn't need to be involved. Salary was low. Little opportunity for growth.

1. Employees lack professionalism 2. They live under BPO mindset 3. I don't know how the seniors ace the interviews with zero English language communication skills 4. Peers will be under the impression, 'we are getting food because of Chubb'. 5. HR doesn't know anything about pay structure 6. Managers don't have any knowledge in managing and assigning workflow. They just work in the company for 10 years like sheep and they'll be promoted to managerial role

interesting working environment, at this facility much of it is free-roaming. we carry notebooks and coffee everywhere.
