Office politics at its worst. The company valued work over family and expected your job to come before your family. Different departments had different rules, so not everyone had to uphold to the same policies. Supervisors were poorly chosen, some had emotional issues, some seen manipulating employees, disrespecting employees, and workplace bullying was prevalent from management and coworkers. It wasn't an attitude of "what you know" it was "who you know". If you can handle monotonous work and tiring gossip with no support from supervisors, you will love this place!

Not fair environment, if you are the best; doesn’t mean you will get promoted

Though i had a learning experience my bad i could not grow, hence opted external opportunities

Good colleagues and environment, supportive team

Can be mundane in the long run

Nothing such good environment to work

Slowest work progress, salary condition

The pay isn't the best

Lousy bonus and increment. Much lower than industry

cons based on teams and few may get dissapoint and few get happy
