Nothing to complain About today

Not fairly compensated for the work that you put in.

Lack of growth without degree, lack of advancement without previous supervisory experience. Even with 10 years with the company, was told my lack of degree and lack of supervisor experience kept me from becoming a supervisor. At the time, there was no such thing as a team leader position in my department and other team lead positions were filled within those departments. In the end, there was zero room for me to ever advance, even after being there 10 years!

There are not really any inconvenients, I enjoy it

not a lot of opportunities for overtime, salary range is a little low

No OT, mobile Phones are not allowed in office

They will reduce in sizing and give more work without increasing your pay

Horrible management structure Limited upward mobility Rigid work environment

The company is surviving due to employee efforts, but they treat people badly. Slave culture is very evident. As an experienced employee you come across " do exactly as I say or the door is open" bossy culture from seniors. Suggestions or ideas are not appreciated at all. No systems, things are always in a mess, rampant blame culture due to which new employees suffer terribly. Long working hours, no overtime. No fault of employee because company not investing in systems or techology, current systems are useless. They only have money to buy other companies not for employees. Company is getting talent only because of recession in shipping industry, otherwise every employee would leave. Saw most of my team members actively looking for a job, those who get a job leave this nightmare company. I made a mistake by joining, work culture at previous company was far far better. Do not join or you may suffer at leisure.

workload can be a killer sometimes. increment could be difficult.
