CMA front office Mumbai. Employees are overworked, underpaid and under appreciated. Profit focused and not people focused, chaotic, no systems tons of manual work, no work life balance, seniors can take many days off and leave on time, while juniors are expected to slog their butt of. There is a sword hanging on people's heads all the time, employees feel tormented, many join and leave quickly. No documented HR policies, everything as per whims of management. Worse than a baniya company.
