no chance to grow within the company

I worked in this company for 5 years and always had outstanding rating through out my appraisals. however there is not much chances for growth and you are paid very low compared to market. But if you plan to leave the company, we have to serve 3 months notice period, which is ideally kind of locking the employees for low salary. I had to pay one month compensation to this company after serving 2 months notice period !!!!!!!!!!! Very strange.

Slow growth Target focussed Work on quantity Low stability

Have to network in order to climb up the ladder.probably need to be a french to climb up.

at times there is unmanagable volume

Nothing dislikes Overall good Good company

Worst things is break issue there is observation tools which irritates to take breaks (prohance)

No Cons, All are good you start a good career there.

Less growth opportunities ..otherwise great place
