Traditional approached company. Core values is not being practised at down level. Due to the structure of the company, local staff are always kept in the dark

You can easily be slashed in a day, despite years of seniority and great service

Roughly every 1.5 - 2 years there are major changes and positions may become redundant, causing people to possibly start from basically zero within the company, but it can go over smoothly if you're lucky

Can't advance due to lack of excel experience, can't get excel experience because they won't hire me in other departments that use it! It is very frustrating.

- Individual initiative is not appreciated, all decisions and improvement are management-centric or Marseille-centric - No clear communication between Head Office and countries, some information are not easily available - Hierarchical, senior management doesn't interact with employees

Salary and top management are poor and never listen.

Amount of work sometimes can be excessive Carrer growth could be questionable, especially if you rely only on your professional skills and avoiding networking

I have never had a worse management in my life than at CMA CGM Norfolk. There is literally no support from the Management, everything is getting blamed on the team and the Manager was not showing up regularly.
