no overtime rate, cost conscious, managers seperated from technicians in terms of they do not know what goes on

Usually always changing directions and budget issues

Very german oriented, not so many intrrnationals

Wherever the requirement is needed u will be put it to that role

Terrible sexist work environment. Due to being new to the team also received minimal support from HR. Just terrible experience.

Lack of vision, with lots of unnecessary overheads included.
