Job unstability in recent changes

Salary is not great, management needs improvement, opportunities are less and less available.

Too many management layers, can be political but depends on location.

It's more of a commanding leadership with no scope of listening capability by some of the leaders. They want to show their authority and more egoistic when it comes to having 1:1 conversation. The leadership positions are recruited without conducting any interviews by the MTS, TCI management. Infact the postions are already decided when the JD is created.
