If you want to climb the corporate ladder, there are a lot of opportunities to challenge.
You cannot get so much support from HQs but the target. However, that's why you can grow because you have to bring outcome, even without support/technology/quality/budget.

- Newest technology in the field of autonomous mobility, chances are good to file patents with the company if you are an expert in sensor technologies or can contribute to new driving functions etc. - Colleagues are usually very friendly and cooperative. Team spirit exists. - GUIDE network. Big reason why I still believe in (and maybe: am with...) this company.
- Middle management and top management are now super focused on KPIs, and tend to micro manage. This used to be very different. - In some parts of the organization (esp. in the so-called "best-cost-countries", BCC), engineers are moved between teams by management like pawns on a chess field. "Project is on fire? Let's pour in these BCC engineers!". - Incredible complex architecture of products in the business area of Autonomous Mobility (AM). I have the impression that constantly components, interfaces etc are added, but never reduced or simplified. Same applies to project setups, tooling and development environment. They often say that AM is a complex business - yes, might be true, but what I see exceeds that complexity.
