The company doesn't have courses for the tools you gonna work with or documentation for what you suppose to do, so much of the time you have to ask your questions to colleagues

Paid not proportionate to the amount of work. Not bad benefits though.

Senior leadership is disrespectful and does not know how to lead. Automotive group is falling apart.

Fast paced, high stress, all the NA plants are being shut down

Some people may get overloaded with work if they are too good at what they do. Little to no possibly for self improvement, once you get into a project and get some experience there it's quite hard to switch to something else.

-Due to the toxic competition in automotive industry, some postions are under great pressure (such as engineering, R&D etc.)
