Cons

• Doesnt have basic income • need to travel 300-400km/month • no epf/socso to cover you if anything happends during working hours • need to work on public holiday without extra pay • doesnt have transport allowance, if u need to travel all your petrol and toll cannot be claimed, u need to use your own money. • need to spend extra money RM100-300 every month for penalty if u didn't hit KPI. • Force staff to provide money for company event without compromies, if not will get warning letter • Force staff to work until 11pm, if u want to back early, they will make u replace to another day

Pros

Good brand, good products. Good after sales services.

Cons

Bad upper managements. High turnover staff. Work overload. Poor in-house ERP system. Useless non-stop meetings. Unable to rest on leave/mc. No work life balance. Expect you to do OT but no OT pay. Lack of training for the Technicians. Limited claims for car allowance for technicians and also need to use own vehicle to drive around SG on their daily job. Never listens to staff voices.

Pros

Great colleagues. Good benefits (e.g. healthy allowance claimable for dentist/medical checkout/certain supplements). Various opportunities to explore new stuffs.

Cons

Chinamen management that screw the staffs. Underpaid salary, doesn't appreciate staffs hardwork. Management justify that staffs not giving more effort even though the main issue is the poor leadership, will squeeze any penny from you. Ignore staffs feedback and won't solve the basic issue that affected support of daily task. All staff are forced to use the crappy systems developed internally, which is just frustrating to use them.
