It is a good entry level job.
Not the best training and no real growth opportunities.
Work From Home. Only few days of office day. A lot of activity.
Poor leadership. Harsh working environment. Need to visit customers house (they do not inform you during interview). Wfh with google meet on from 9.30 to 6.30pm. and they only inform you 10 minutes earlier. U need more than 1 handphone and simcard ( they do not inform earlier). Bear with yelling and anger, emotion.
There is a lot you can learn
Lack of manpower, you need to cover almost everything
All pros, great place to work
I cannot think of anything at this time
Good colleagues and exposure to different tasks
High workload with short deadline including ad hoc tasks
Staff benefits and working environment is okay
Need improvement in job planning
* friendly colleague * job rotation * learn a lot * a lot of company activities that refresh your brain other than just work work work
* too many politics * salary underpaid * no work life balance * high volume of work and too tight deadline * need put a lot of extra effort in order to get promoted as certain superior prefer you to bodek * unfair work duty and segregation
1. The brand still has decent market recognition. 2. Some colleagues are friendly but many have left.
1. No proper onboarding, no clear SOPs — employees are left to figure things out themselves. 2. Managers do not review work, yet question the results and demand justifications without understanding the background. 3. OT is often expected, but claiming it is extremely difficult. You’re pressured to stay late, but when it comes to submitting claims, you're told you didn’t "do much" or the work "wasn't significant." 4. Team members are often overburdened and then blamed for systemic failures. 5. Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is used not for development but as a means to push responsibility away from managers. 6. Turnover is high. Those who care about doing things right don't last. 7. IT delays are frequent, and teams are still expected to meet deliverables even when key input is missing. There’s a serious lack of urgency or accountability from support functions. 8. Promotion is not based on capability or contribution, but on whether you're part of the “in-group. 9. Senior staff tend to be proud of their tenure and often look down on newer employees. There is little effort to support or guide others, and this creates a toxic dynamic between "old vs new" rather than teamwork。 10. The hierarchy is rigid. Junior employees are expected to obey rather than contribute, and ideas are often dismissed based on rank rather than merit.
